I guess I'll start reviewing N64 games, but I have a few questions for you guys!
1: What medium should I use to review: Text or film?
This will determine how often I post a review. I can write up and update more often, but the reviews could get long and boring. Videos would take a bit longer to make, but would hopefully be more interesting. I could always do a mix, which leads to the next question.
2: Do you have any requests?
I'd like to know what you awesome people want me to play and review. If I end up doing a Video/Text mix, the most requested games could be the videos, or something like that.
3: What game should I start with?
I was thinking about starting with the launch titles: Super Mario 64, Pilotwings 64, Saikyo Habu Shogi, Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, and Turok: Dinosaur Hunter. Obviously, this could change.
I'd like to hear your thoughts! Thanks for following! :D
A little of both. N64 Blitz!
ReplyDeleteText with pictures? I just read blogs I rarely watch videos, but that's just me. :)
ReplyDeleteLaunch Titles!
ReplyDeleteSuper Mario!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWell, I think you should mostly use video than words! And yea! Try Mario 64 for starters!
ReplyDeleteShadows of the Empire would be cool. I haven't seen that game in forever. You could just do text with some photos of specific moments in the game.
ReplyDeleteYour starting list looks pretty good. A video now and then would be cool too!
ReplyDeleteGOLDENEY!!!
ReplyDeleteVideos can sometimes help. Include it when it's appropriate. Start with Shadows of the Empire! i loved that game...
ReplyDeleteText with pictures would be ideal. I'm requesting banjo kazooie!
ReplyDeleteshadows of the empire is tight as shit. definitely gonna keep reading if youve got other n64 game reviews planned
ReplyDeletelove the 64 games. don't forget about golden eye.
ReplyDelete+followed
Definatly use text! ;D
ReplyDeleteI enjoy a text review with a few pictures in there.
ReplyDeleteReview GoldenEye!
I think an appropriate combination of video and text will do the trick. Too much text can be overwhelming but too much video can also have the same effect.
ReplyDeleteLove it! following
ReplyDeletei love super mario
ReplyDelete1. Both! Whatever makes you feel most comfortable, I'm sure some games would work better in a text format and others as video.
ReplyDelete2. Obscure ones maybe, games people necessarily have not heard of before.
3. Turok! I loved that game!
Quest 64. /troll
ReplyDeleteFor me the text works out just fine...Thank you, but if you put videos i won't be against it :)
ReplyDeletehave a bit of both on the first one and mix it up a bit
ReplyDeletei would say text unless you have a good program to record it.
ReplyDeleteid use text and pics vids seam drawn out alot and pics with text is easier
ReplyDeleteI'd say text. I can usually read more than watch something, ADD to the max lol.
ReplyDeletesounds like a pretty cool idea dude. i'd go with text - i can always read something, video is sometimes unwatchable depending on where you are (because of the sound)
ReplyDeleteReview Body Harvest. One of the best (yet unknown) n64 games of all time.
ReplyDeleten64 ftw!
